In today's feature where you can learn all about this legendary early car, we have this great photo of a Stutz Racing Team car. The driver with grin on his face appears to have been about to thumb his nose to the advertised self-policing policy on the billboard. No doubt there was radar about to catch them if they did the wrong thing, though.
