I’m just making the base pieces for mine out of aluminium, they will be fixed by a central single screw.
Edited to show newly made badge.

Are they an enamel type badge or just a printed one? That looks printed, unusual in the 60s and 70s and oh so common now.
I know the nose badges were enamel.
Printed vinyl you can get any decent sign shop to scan and print. Best with a coat of clear to hold the color or it deteriates when driven in rain, even the inevitable gravel rash.

I'll have a look, but I think the original ones are pressed brass and chromed and then painted, there have been modern reproductions that are also metal, but much thicker - maybe with an etched face - the original ones have 2 pins to tab em on with - the later ones have a nut and threaded central single stalk to fix them onto a nose or wheel cups - wheel cups were in the mid sixties a simple cup and around 67 they went to a cup with a flange.

Here's a better shot of an original one Lee - although I'll need 4 of these "Sports Car" variants to do a matching wheel set! (I'm down to 1 "Australia" style one left over at the moment!)
