A story from @AlbertFabrega is telling that Ferraris Sporting Director Massimo Rivola has been released ...
Why do I have the feeling that, if true, Jock Clear will take up this position or something similar.

I think it must have been some sort of scandal in the team. This sudden dissmisal is weird.

The cook was pro Alonso and had styled his cooking around the dark and gloomy Spaniards taste buds. Alas he didn't know how sensitive Kimi's taste buds were. Arrivabenne, knowing how similar Kimi and Seb's palate is, pointed at the Menu and demanded the necessary changes be made.
I think.

The chef has not been suspended but has been placed on leave, after he was found sobbing in the corner of the Ferrari motorhome rocking back and forth, totally inconsolable because nobody has asked him when his Dolmio Day is since Alonso departed the team.

I like to think all the F1 press editors are reacting like J Jonah Jameson to this one, barking out orders to get every last detail on this story.
edited to add: presuming it's accurate, of course.

The La Repubblica story suggests personal problems for the suspension of Rivola rather than "sporting reasons".
Maybe because he is a friend of Alonso

When I heard he'd left the team, I did wonder if it was ahead of a move to McLaren but the timing seemed weird. Guess not! I suppose the truth will come out in due course, along with a few updates that ultimately turn out to be wrong/misleading.
The chef bit is definitely intriguing, but I hope this isn't one of those funny sounding stories that turn out to be a bit grim and depressing when the full facts are known.

The front end on the pasta was not good enough for Kimi I guess. Weird. I imagine Rivola might go to McLaren and maybe the chef as well. Could it be an attempt to destabilize the team by McLaren?

has probably to do with casual fun and/or health problems.

Actually, Kimi's problem has always been getting heat in the pasta. Maybe the cook served it cold...

Well.
On the outside Arrivabene may look like a pleasant guy, but behind the scenes he is a tough character and leaves no stones unturned to really revitalize the team, even if it means restructuring the kitchen department. Apparently Ferrari has finally reached the REAL problem, why they have been winning no titles ever since 2009. The food wasn't good enough. Pity for Alonso he left a bit early to taste the fruits of that revolution...
After lunch-time the whole team used to feel a bit sick and not do their work properly. However, the managers could never really pinpoint the problem and considered the workforce just to be lazy, so were sacking left and right, finding the wrong scapegoats.

But not the sauce? Maybe that's why the chef was fired?
I can go on like this all day...

It is not being reported yet, but as part of restructuring phase #2 next on Arrivabene's target list is the cleaning department. Apparantely Arrivabene is not happy there is too much dust hanging in the air around garages and offices, seriously hindering efficient working process of the team.

Nobody could suspect the cook! But... The cook has not yet betrayed that the waiter was part of the conspiracy. While the cook has been caught, the waiter is gone with documents...

I hope the tea lady is OK. Schumacher always had good things to say about her.
Well, maybe she was replaced when the whole Team Schumacher was gone. But Schumacher always gave a special recommendation about her to his friend Vettel, and when Seb arrived at Maranello, she was re-hired.

I've got a source telling me some sort of suspicious white powder was found in Maurizio's pasta carbonara and also on the chef's trousers
