Juan Pablo Montoya is not the first racing driver in his family. His uncle Diego Montoya was racing Le Mans with Sauber. But also his dad Pablo Montoya was racing driver. Any details about his career?

About his career in general I dont know anything, the following (German) article just implies that he had financial backing

I did a Research and didnt found much. I just found this bit where JPM is refering to his father as an kart racer

I also saw in this article that Montoya sr was an architect who backed with his work his sons career. So we can assume that he didnt really had an own racing career. Probably just the karting stuff his son mentioned above.
