Beside Formula One World Championship of cours.
Where do we have young F1 cars racing?
In Boss-GP there is a Williams from 2011.
Any other?

No where. It's such a waste.
The running costs are high, maybe not many can afford it anyway.

I guess you could say Ferrari's Corsa Clienti program. What's the most recent car running in that group, 2012? Sure, they're not "races", but they're being run on track with other F1 cars driven by private owners. Some take it more seriously than others.

Teo Martin is the owner of these HRT, but he never ran the cars in Boss GP. He is now owner of a racing team in International GT Open and Formula 3.5 V8.
In Boss GP there are four or five F1 cars expected:
Ligier from 1996 driven by Hans Laub
Toro Rosso from 2006 driven by Ingo Gerstl
Jaguar from 2004 driven by Klaas Zwart
Two Benetton from 1997.
At least the Benettons are a little bit developped: Judd engines instead of Supertec and so on.

Hmm so we have just Boss GP and FIA Historic Formula One and a Historic F1 series in the states? Right?
No races with very old GP cars (before 1950)?

News from Boss GP: Vettel's brother Fabian Vettel is racing a GP2 car in Boss GP this weekend
He drives for Ingo Gerstl's Topspeed team which also runs a Toro Rosso F1 car for Gerstl himself.

This could be a good post but you've done that thing of not putting the years and assuming people will know from the model numbers. They won't.there're 6 Formula 1 cars entered in Maxx Formula

Only at Goodwood, I believe.

Monaco Historic Grand Prix has a pre-war category. I think the race usually is held only in even years - 1997 and 2021 are the exceptions. 1997 was the first edition and 2021 presumably because of the cancellation of 2020.

Vintage Sports Car Club in the UK features all manner of Grand Prix cars. The earliest I can remember off the cuff are 1907 and 1908 Italas, and a 1908 Panhard-Levassor. Twenties GP Bugattis are ten a penny (though not to buy!), thirties Alfa Monzas and P3s appear and every decade until the sixties is represented.

i am quite certain that Ive seen a Mercedes pre war car taken place in a Historic Grand Prix-ish race at Zandvoort. Might (I'd say likely) have been a replica, tho.

How recently would that be? Colin Crabbe raced a 1937 Mercedes Benz W125 in the seventies. Philip Mann raced the 1914 Grand Prix-winning Mercedes in the eighties. (I saw him spin it... aaaargh!) There are also some Auto Unions around, though memory of their origins escapes me.
