I hope some of you here might be familiar with the Group H class for rally cars? I am trying to find out what mods are allowed and what they do about the live axle location on the popular Volvo 700 and 900 series cars that are run in this category.

Are they allowed to 5 link, or do they have to work with the rather odd asymmetric torque arms and frame the stock car is blessed with?

Photos VERY welcome, as are English language versions of the rules, or foreign ones in a Google Translate recognisable format ;) Thanks! My direct mail is chris@chriswilson.tv

I have watched on You Tube scores of crashing Volvos in those countrys as well as a lot of Bimmers and Escorts too.

The Volvos do not seem to be much modified, seemingly most are used cars with springs shocks rally tyres and a roll cage.
