I have a photo that shows a Maserati T26 with race-no.14.

According to my IT-research no.14 was a FIAT, driven by Giuseppe Cioni.

Confusing. Can anybody put some light into this?

Could the picture be from the 1932 Coppa Ciano instead, perhaps? Countess Vittoria Orsini?
