I present to you the finest in Canuckistani ignonimous engineering, located in the local Calgary classifieds.

A 1967 Chevy Scooby van, complete with turbocharged 357 small block.  It is creative if nothing else.

Edit: No connection to this - not offering for sale or acting as agent or anything of the sort. It's simply the first exterior and roof-mounted turbo / intercooler / exhaust contraption I've ever seen and thought it unique <ahem> enough to share here.

Note to site admin. The "Like" button offered at the lower right of each post, is not adequate in all circumstances. Would it be possible to add a "Love" button for those occasions where a post demands something more?

I especially like the signwriting visible beside the RV mirror. Is that a description of the driver, the state of tune of the engine, or the temperature of the adjacent pipe?

I wonder how long it's going to survive without an air filter.

Put the pedal to the metal and wait 3 minutes for all that pipework to fill up and pressurise

Initially I thought the mounts were very hi tech,,, wood. Looked harder, rusty angle iron!

I wonder which is more effective, this or the RoadKill Chev Monza with half a dozen leaf blowers for boost?
