Why isn't this idea explored in F1. Hit the pit Lane Speed limiter 2 corners before an incident and once your past back to normal....

I'm not sure guessing it's driver activated. But probably not very hard to activate using gps

If by gps i think it would be a great idea. Alot better than most ideas F1 teams/FIA have had the recent years. It is very effective on go cart tracks allready. they have all the way down to walking pace. Saw it last week on a tight indoor track, very effective. But it was simply for the whole track due to obvious simplisity

Anything on the cars being enabled remotely is temerary.

 

Even DRS will only enable the permission to use the moveable flap, the driver still have to press a button to open it.
