I remember 10 years ago they were sub 20, I want to say 17k-ish.
In my ignorance, I would have put, at the very least, an extra 0 on any of those numbers. I'm flabbergasted.

And with a net sale like that, their returns rate from retailers is likely to be pretty high - they're likely putting over 7000 copies out into newsagents, on a sale or return basis. Once returned to the wholesaler and audited, those returns will be pulped.
Perhaps notable that the latest, price-hiked Automobilsport is nowhere to be found in the WH Smiths where I found previous issues...

The TT database is uder threat.
I had to really squint to read that printout Dieter Rencken shared but yes, it looks like while Motorsport Network has made the decision to keep Autosport Media as an online entity, Forix is still TBD. I have no idea about whether Forix is commercially viable but it is a tremendous resource and along with the forum it's the main reason I come to Autosport at all.

I don't know when you looked at that Risil but if it was prior to around 10 last night, it is now much higher resolution. Earlier yesterday it was virtually impossible to read now, it's quite clear, 203KB as opposed to the earlier 63KB.

I think that diagram may be a bit misleading because it is headed Legal Entities. I don't think you can necessarily conclude that dissolving a legal entity means divesting of all the assets currently under that entity. I think you can see that on the right of the diagram where Motorsports Live LLC is marked to be dissolved but entities under it are marked to keep.

I think this is a really important point.
Could simply be clearing out an excess of legal entities, and consolidating assets (web sites, TV stations, magazines etc) into a smaller number of entities.
