The back and forth format is annoying. And after watching Guy Martin the hour previous on the salt flats... I sort of wish it was Guy doing Le Mans too.
Getting a bit more interesting now with the team members arguing over tyres.
(The Guy Martin "Speed" episode is well worth a watch on C4 catch up btw. He's trying to break 400mph on a bike.)

I would love to see Guy at Le Mans, too! I have to say, the team do seem quite amateurish regarding tyres...
Pretty sure I heard..
"Just put one tyre on"
"You can't mix sets"
"Yes you can they do it in F1"

Me too. Not since the early 90s it's not (unless it's Williams in Spa 2015 from memory). The team manager seems like an utter bell-end. That is now way to manage a team of any sort.
Sorry if he's reading this.

That tall chap in the pits is what we'd get if Greg Davies decided to do a comedy around motor racing.
A pretty good hour of TV. Could have been better if they'd built it up over time rather than flicking back and forth. Good result for the team.

I thought the programme gave a pretty decent insight into what it's like to run at Le Mans in LMP2; the level of professionalism is very different to LMP1, that's for sure. But well done to the guys, just getting through is an enormous achievement. And it looks like enormous fun.

I think he means the team owner...
The organisational abilities seemed somewhat below those of a minor wholly amateur rally team on any major event. The kit and its cost on the other hand was in a different world and the contrast rather summed up all that is wrong with motorsport today.

I think Chris Hoy and his Nissan backing had a lot to do with where he ended up. I doubt any newbie team would turn down that sort of gift.

Indeed - as last night's programme made clear, Sir Chris and Alex Brundle were originally due to drive a Gibson-Nissan 015S for the vastly more experienced Greaves Motorsport team but that fell through (allegedly due to engine supply problems). Sir Chris's Nissan sponsors found him a drive with Le Mans virgins Algarve Pro Racing at fairly short notice in order that he could fulfill his ambition to race at Le Mans.

Had to laugh when the tall guy said in F1 they just change one tyre.
Are we back in 2005!?
