Show of hands

Who here thinks that Lewis is definitely not stoked at the prospect of having Georgie in the car beside him next year ?

Too much is being made of this imaginary rivalry by Russell's fans. The two may never even race in the same team. Let the contracts be concluded first.

It's my opinion he wants Bottas wingman for another season.

Ha! I know, I’m just really tired tonight, and looking for some comedic relief, like if today’s “race” wasn’t enough

You know at some point Lewis will get beat and retire. George may be that person.

I know a lot of pathetic people can't wait for that day because they want to diminish Lewis achievements but it will likely come at some point

I had quite a lot to say about this peculiar season back in the day and reading through some of those comments and the things that Mercedes were saying about how they would give Rosberg the undercut if Hamilton tried to back him up, in the title deciding race, when no other team could win the drivers or constructors championships, so Mercedes had no reason whatsoever to get involved in the championship battle between their own drivers, just brings it all flooding back.

2016? Rigged. Big time. So many odd things happened that year, not just the team order for Hamilton to give Rosberg the championship in the title deciding race in Abu Dhabi.

But now that Hamilton is the most successful driver in F1 history and is still going strong increasing his legacy even further by fighting against the best of the next generation in a championship battle I find myself caring less and less.

The truth about 2016 will come out after Hamilton retires.

Bump.

Thought I’d do this to be weird and, possibly, get a laff.

Please don’t randomly bump old threads.
