Hello Everybody!

The sign out, profile, notification and messages buttons are gone for me. They used to be in upper right side of the screen but there are nothing now. Here is the screen shot:

I used every kind of browsers, every kind of windows and cache, cookie, biscuit and history cleaning up but nothing solved the problem.

I appreciate any help.

No idea if it will work, but have you tried toggling between the different themes? (Assuming the button is available bottom left, of course!)

Flushing your DNS cache might be another possibility if you haven't already tried it - might work, and certainly wouldn't do any harm!

Check your zoom level (Alt-0 windows firefox resets it), or try mouse-zooming (ctrl-wheel) - that's how I lose those icons

Jenson Button retired. That explains one of them.

Have you tried it on a different device?

Guys Thank you very much for your helps.

Actually two of the suggested solutions worked (I didn't try the rest of solutions):

1. Changing theme to Atlas solved the problem completely.

2. In default theme, decreasing browser zoom solved the problem as well.

Between the two solutions, I did choose the first one because changing the zoom decreases the quality of website.

I've had that issue on my iPad. I prefer the full site to the mobile site on it as the screen is big enough. I lose those controls in the normal view but they're present on the atlas theme which I use on my computer anyway.

I knew why this problem happens. Users with longer username hit this problem because there isn't enough space in their screen to show it. The reason that Atlas theme solves the problem is that the upper left logo is smaller than the default theme logo, so there is more space for longer names to appear partly on the screen.

Another way to solve the problem is decreasing the zoom percentage of the browser but by decreasing the zoom percentage, the quality of the website gets lower so I don't recommend it.

Thanks again to everyone.

Or just burn your ipad, you likely need some sort of adapter.

Well done, RAD P.I.! Maybe the admin can use this info to fix the problem now.
