Hi all. Trying to gather results for early Eifelrennen (Eifelrundfahrt) races from 1922.

 

Seems to be having difficulty getting anything at all.

Hello Hugo. I am after car results.

 

I have gathered bits and pieces from various sources, but am not sure whether the individual results I have are for class or outright.

 

I also find that classes, and class names vary eg. some based on PS, and some on HP, and yet others on capacity.

 

Seems that things got clearer when the race moved to the 'ring, and it became officially "Eifelrennen".

 

Gustav Munz was a local who starred in the early races (although received some ridicule in 1925 as his car had more and more bits "fall off:" He finished with a car much lighter than when it started!
