Engine identification.
My TZ engine in the Frepin is number 383-992017 which makes it a (at least cases) 1976 which is period for the frame.
The upper and lower cases are stamped 'TQM' with the lower case also stamped '928'.
This engine looks like it has had 'work' done to the crankcase ports mouth etc.
So I assume the extra stampings' identify it to 'someone'
Anyone shed any light?
