Ok...So I'm building up a Novamotor Formula 3 Ford 3 main Screemer (MAE).

Can anyone provide me with what color the blocks and heads were painted?

Also I cant seem to find any history on the company at all.  I would love to know a bit about them.

Cheers,

Leo

A search for 'Pedrazzani' or 'Pedrazzani brothers' might yield something.
I believe Gianni died in the early 2000s.

There’s a ‘Novamotor F3 History’ page on Facebook:

Thanks Tim,

The FB page seems to be more Alfa centric, and not very technical...but interesting none the less.

Thank you again!

Looking at a couple of photos of the F3 Novamotor engines at MM76 the blocks look to be a dark cherry red colour, the same as the colour used as background on the script on the cam cover. I assume that they are replicating the period colour. I did a 3/4 overhead shot mainly for the carb and manifold set up. BTW the script looks very nice.
PM me your e mail and I will send a cropped photo

Posted on behalf of DCN.
