So im going to watch my first GP!
Barcelona, we are in the main grandstand, excellence grandstands (Fri-Sun)
Sector Principal Alta Zone 7.
Does anyone have any recommendatios for a Barca GP virgin?

Don't just sit in your allocated seat. Walk around and enjoy each session from a different view point.

Actually, go on the thursday too... that was probably the best day I spent at Barcelona. Walked the whole place, including on the actual track and the pit walkabout was interesting too (though very busy). Monza was similarly good.
