It's been some time since I've posted here so apologies for jumping right back in with a question, however...

 

Can someone who knows confirm the date of the 1977 XVIII Grand Prix de Nogaro, round 9 of the European F2 Championship? 

 

On the Riccardo Patrese site I run I have always had it as the 3rd July. However, looking for details of the race today I see that MotorSport say the race was run on the 10th July, Wikipedia says 12th July and the F2 Register says 3rd July.

If you need any further proof, the race report in Motoring News mentioned that the race was held in the aftermath of a three-day rainstorm that had left the area flooded. Google reveals that this rainstorm occurred from 6th - 8th July.
