Hello all,

 

Pardon me for my ignorance about this. I visited the Helsingborg Sports Museum in June and I came across commemorative plates that were in a trophy cabinet in Gunnar Nilsson's honour.

 

These were rallies that took place in Skane, Blekinge and Halland. These are the names and the years that Gunnar appeared. I wonder what if they sound familiar:

 

I.P.R Laxleken (1970)

Vikingadansen (1971)

Karlshamns Special (1971)

 

As always, help is appreciated.

Fredrik af Petersen could help you with these. He went rallying with Gunnar as co-driver at least once, if not more often. Something I recall Freddy saying was that they got penalties for being late, because "dear old Gunnar", as Freddy would say, somehow thought there were 100 seconds to a minute...

Don't know if it can help you but you could try contacting the arranging clubs to see if they have something in their archives.
