So, looks like the name Schumacher is hot again the racing world. As in Mick

He's on double pole at Austria this weekend, and could be the series champion soon enough. I think it was just 1-2 days ago, Maurizio indicated that the door is always open

for Mick at Ferrari.

Fingers crossed, i hope he does well.

Stunning turnaround for Mick.  Something has clicked for him in F3 and he is coming into his own.

Nice to see but I would hate to see him pushed into F1 so soon.

I hope he just isn’t rushed into F1 while he isn’t ready. He’s still 2-3 years away in my opinion. I assume he will drive in f2 next year and probably for Prema. I’m also surprised that he is not already a Ferrari junior driver, at least I don’t think he is. That would be the best path for him to learn in the simulator and a few young driver tests.

It would be great for F1 to have a competitive second generation Schumacher on the grid.

Let's not forget we already had 'another' Schumacher in F1 once.....and look how *that* worked out....

Yeah, he wasn’t really strong in Formula 4 with Van Amersfoort. Did better when he switched to the best team on the grid. Still not sure about him.

I would hope and believe he has really good people around him that are aware of the problem of being moved up too early.

No driver threads please. Without a specific point, he can easily be discussed in the various junior series and silly season threads.
