I think the pictures of Jim Clark, #16 Lotus 23, were taken at Oulton Park, Saturday 6th April 1963.
Can anybody confirm? Does anybody have an entry list? Note #33 Elva.

I can't see Clark listed in a #16 Lotus 23 on any other occasions than the one you mention.

Unfortunately I can't help with the Lotus 23s but I can identify the Elites on the Stilltime website

Photos from Oulton Park 6th April 1963 - 47 Trevor Taylor & 48 David Hobbs both Team Elite (62) Ltd. 51 John Whitmore in Chris Barber's CB23 (with smaller air intake), 50 Derek Alderson Ecurie RCS Racing Team. Rochdale Caravan services (Derek Bennet of Chevron cars fame also raced an Elite for RCS) Chris McLaren's Marcos in back of the shot.

 

The photo of 150 LOV 1 Graham Warner is taken at Silverstone 7th October 1961 Clubman's Championship 152 at Silverstone is David Hobbs (my TVR was also entered in this race No.151).
