Hello,
Besides watching motorsport in general, and F1 in particular, my other passion in life is racing my mountain bike. Next year I have the chance to travel to Brazil to compete in the 24hr World Championship. However, this is not cheap and I need to raise some funds. I’m obviously not going to sell my bike, and the only other thing I have which is worth anything is a collection of signed motorsport books, 20 books signed by 48 different people, including 11 Formula 1 World Champions! Full list below.
Autocourse annuals, signed by the World Champion
1978 Mario Andretti
1982 Keke Rosbrg
1992 Nigel Mansell
1997 Jaques Villeneuve
2002 Michael Schumacher
Autocourse annual, signed by the ‘wrong’ World Champion
2006 Nico Rosberg and also Alex Wurz, Kazuki Nakajima and Narain Karthikeyan

Some very rare beasts there.
I can also include unsigned Murray Walker’s Grand Prix Year 1988 and 1995 so only 1991 missing for the complete set, and Autocourse Annuals 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 if you are interested in unsigned books.
This is a substantial collection which should only go up in value as the years progress. I would love to keep it but need the funds for the Brazil trip.
I live about 25 miles south of Edinburgh, near Galashiels. I can deliver locally or you can collect. I also have fairly regular trips to Lincolnshire and Northampton so could drop them off anywhere within sensible distance of the A68/A1, next trip likely to be going down Dec 19, back 22, then again 27/28 Dec. Otherwise I can box them up if you want to arrange a courier to collect them.
I need £1,450 to fund the Brazil trip.
Given that unsigned 1978s are available for £175 (yes, really, http://www.hortonsbo...79&product_id=9) this should be a bargain for someone, priced for a quick sale.
