Call Ziggo customer service, they'll solve it.

Probably due to a Sky update. When I switched mine on yesterday I had no sound - a long running problem with Sky boxes after an update when they move channels around, add or remove them.

Switch the box off at the wall, leave it for 30 to 60 seconds and then switch on again. That will clear its memory and force it to reboot; it should default to the Sky Information channel (998?) and you should now have all your channels back.

Blame Rich Energy.

PS: Watching Sky F1 at the moment, British round of the Porsche supercup.

There's been no change in the channel numbers for a while now.

There were seven changes yesterday, mostly in the depths of the shopping channels: https://www.tvchanne...reland)_in_2019
