Hi Autosport forum, quick question I'd like to verify. I'm writing a piece on Senna's time in Italy but I wonder if he spoke Italian. I think so, but it's difficult to find anything on Google, everything leading to the things I'm not looking for.
Did Ayrton Senna speak Italian?

Sorry, can't find find references but he would regularly speak with Italian journalists in their own language.
Most likely due to his first karting days in Europe.

I just finished watching highlights from the 1991 Italian Grand Prix. He was certainly speaking Italian in the press conference, as was Alain Prost.
