Anyone feeling that if the season goes on as it has that DTS will be way more entertaining then the actual racing season?

 

There is certainly a hell of a lot more interesting off-track topics going on thus far - that's for sure.

My take on it is that DTS has been gradually found out by those who perhaps weren't already fans before the show became popular. They cut and manipulate certain things which turn out to be a nothing and a nonsense. They twist situations, fabricate drama, and don't even cover some situations all that well during the season. The factual side of it behind the scenes is really interesting, but I don't think it's enough to make up for the truth bending.

Agreed. Surely only teens like DTS? The 4 or 5 episodes I saw on a plane had 'some' interest, but the editing for effect was so very obvious and the track action made me think of those films where the scene cuts to the hero driver slamming it into 3rd gear and putting the throttle to the floor. DTS shows real stuff but it isn't anywhere near real.
