We have a French man at our slot club. Last night an argument ensued - not about Brexit, for a change - but about a corner on a race circuit.
He insisted that there was a corner at the Charade circuit called Nouveau Monde. He refused to accept that although the corner he described was a corner at Clermont Ferrand, it almost certainly wasn't called Nouveau Monde.
I pointed out that Nouveau Monde was a corner at Rouen, but he insisted that it was Charade.
Obviously, I KNOW there was a corner at Rouen with that name but does anyone know of there was indeed a corner at Charade with the same name.
There's a euro hanging on this!
