what was B.P "A" in the 1960's i always assumed it was alcohol eg. Methanol , does any one recall the other blends that were available ?

You could choose between 25, 50 or 75 % mix rate super vs normal IIRC. At just 45 rpm the flexible vinyl single ran well in our home. Not sure how it worked at higher rpm.
