Anyone know what became of this car? Was it converted to sports car?
I have DCN's wonderful book but cannot find the subsequent history of it.

I’m not sure what’s going on here. These people say that the ex-Hawthorn car which became the Alan Brown barchetta HPN665 is chassis 3/52, not 4/52, in spite of telling us in their text that it was the fourth example built. Genuine mistake, or ...
