I'd heard before that they were close to signing a deal with Coca Cola in 1989 (presumably in the end this went to Benetton using 7Up branding), and just noticed this artefact on ebay that supports that:

I'd first heard about it a thread on here by an ex TL member. Who from memory also mentioned that TL were in talks to become the works Porsche partner in 1990. Getting my head around a Lotus-Porsche entry is tricky, though!
