No, it's not a racing game, it's not esports.

2019 there will be a event Motorsport Games at Vallelunga, organised by SRO. There will be 6 disciplines.

One of them will be a Formula 4 race. Two nationals already named their driver:

Russia will drive with Pavel Bulantsev (currently leading SMP F4 championship)

Portugal will drive with Guilherme de Oliveira (currently Karting)

Malthe Jakobsen for Denmark

Belén Garcia expected for Spain, Stuwie White for South Africa.
