Thanks. Who is the man with the camera talking to Hill? The mechanics? The man with the green flag at left?

Chap with the camera is an unusually conservatively dressed Raymond Mays.
No idea on the mechanics or the two Peaky Blinders though!

The mechanic closest to Graham is definitely Alan Challis.
If it is Raymond Mays with the camera he is wearing a mask . Not him

Yep. My mistake. I should have known Raymond wouldn't wear anything that dull!

I think that 2616 had had two eyelid vents since the Mexican Grand Prix the previous year. Hill drove 2615 in Belgium and France.British GP, Silverstone, 1965. The two BRM P261s of Hill and Stewart. Hill’s car (chassis #2616) was using the two eyelid vents on the top of the nosecone for the first time.

I do like the mechanics wear, grubby wrinkled overalls with a collar and tie!

In period the BRM lads with their Owen Organisation-orange overalls were the least grubby and best turned out of Formula 1 mechanics...
And I am not sure but I think 'the man with the camera' might have been keen semi-pro photographer, Fred Taylor. We (GPL) hold many of his negatives.

Man with camera appears to be smoking a pipe.
