They can always transition subs into digital only if they need to. Would be a real sign they are giving up if they don't at least try to relaunch print properly.

No they cannot, it's not the same product legally. That's quite likely what they'd try to do, though, and too few print subscribers would challenge, so...

An update for anyone who cares. They have started taking print subs again (Although not in time for the first issue back so I've had to go elsewhere for that), they seem to be limiting subs to direct debits which take payment every 4 weeks. Read into that what you will.

Just checked my bank statement - they never stopped taking my direct debit subscriptions.
Also looks like my access to Autosport Plus has been terminated as well.
Anyone else noticed this?

Mine is AOK. Just a thought though Flagman, make sure you are logged in. I'm not teaching my grandmother to suck eggs, I assure you, but I tried to get into the driver rating thing on the front page and it wouldn't load which I thought strange because I knew that I was logged in. There are three different log ins, make sure you're logged in to + . Test whether you are logged in, if you can load the driver ratings and place your scores, you are, f not, scroll down and there is another log in button.

Just did the web-site equivalent of turning it off/on again - ie signing out and back in again. Seems to have restored my access to Autosport Plus.
Before I did that my account was indicating my subscription to Autosport Plus expired on 17 July which according to my calendar is still in the future!
Afterwards it indicates my subscription to the 'Digital Bundle' expires on 1 Sep, which is a bit strange as I have never signed up to that, as I have been subscribing to the print version for many years and got Plus access (allegedly for free) when it was introduced, so I have never actually signed up for Autosport Plus either.
Have notified them via their Contact page to try and find out what is going on.
