Would anyone have the 1957 Italian GP race programme by any chance?

 

I am looking for the entry list for the Coppa Inter-Europa races. Specifically the 750 class and drivers of car numbers 5, 8, 16, 19 and 50.

It’s very strange but this race isn’t mentioned in the result tables of OSCA nor of Śtanguellini, both books by Luigi Orsini and Franco Zagari.   One might have expected that both manufacturers would have figured in a major Italian 750 race.

"Un accident a marqué le début de la journée automobile de Monza, où se disputait dimanche après midi le 29 e Grand Prix d’Italie, dernière épreuve comptant pour le championnat du monde des conducteurs. Une Fiat 600, pilotée par Goffredo Mahlknecht , participant à la Coupe intereurope, dans la catégorie « voitures de série grand tourisme > ( championnat d’Italie ), après être sortie de la piste, est entrée en collision avec quatre autres voitures. Le conducteur , grièvement blessé , a dû être hospitalisé.

Les quatre autres concurrents, sortis indemnes de l’accident, ont cependant été contraints d’abandonner la compétition, leurs voitures, des Fiat Abarth Zagato 750, ayant été endommagées."

Mario Poltronieri was the Italian "Murray Walker". He used to be indeed an Abarth test driver in his younger days.

 

Very good man, much missed. (to be fair, he got it wrong most of times, but any day better and gentlemanly than current computerised yellers)
