Well the season is over and now I need to find something to do for a little over 100 days.
CONGRATULATIONS to the overall winner for this year: The A-Team!!! He won GOLD the first 2 races, held the top spot until Azerbaijan where he dropped to second, then back up to number 1 in Spain and then a slump from Monaco to France where he bottomed out at fourth. He mounted a come back for Austria to jump up to second and the British GP to reclaim the top spot and never looked back!!
Makarias started out the season in 7th place and slowly worked up to 3rd place before hoovering around 4th and 5th place all season until this last race where he jumped from 4th place to 2nd place overall!
Osiris started out the season in 11th place and climbed up to 5th place and then dropping down to 7th place in Germany. Winning 3 medals in 4 races from Hungary to Singapore put him in 4th place to make the slow climb up to 2nd going into the last race and ending up taking home 3rd place overall.
Using The A-Team's total score, the average race score is a little over 643 points. Using this as a lap counter, the top 6 positions finished on the lead lap. Positions 7 through 12 were 1 lap down, position 13 was 2 laps down, position 14 was 3 laps down and position 15 & 16 were 4 laps down.
The mid-field scrap was pretty tight. Positions 7 thru 11 were separated by 141 points! Position 1 has a 184 point gap to Position 2. GTA had a great final race and jumped from 11th place to 8th place beating Anderis by 7 points who held off MirageF1 by a single point to finish 9th.

Congratulations to scheivlak for his first GOLD!!!! The SILVER went to GTA, his 2nd and Makarias picked up his first BRONZE. The top 5 finishers reaped the benefits of having Toto as their Team Boss and accumulated a lot of points by their strategy to get Bottas up to 4th place from a starting position of 20th.

Gforce had the most medals with 10 total and the most points to take the medal prize. Osiris had the second most total medals, the most Silver medals and finished second in the medal table. Makarias pipped Osiris at the last corner to beat him in the overall points finish, but fell short by one point to come home third in the medal table.
