Congratulations Lewis Hamilton for his fifth Voting Championship title!
Just like last year the title battle went on until the last race, with Max Verstappen ending up the runner-up both times.
Lewis previously won the 2008, 2014, 2017 and 2018 Voting Championships, and also finished second in 2010 on equal points with Sebastian Vettel but with fewer wins.
Q1-Q4 are season scores divided into four quarters, races distributed 5-5-5-6.

2019 turns out to be very much like 2018 on average, particularly as I have corrected the 2018 averages by including the Belgian ratings that I had previously ommitted. Apologies for this mistake.
