This contest returns for second time. Last year the winner was Makarias.

For every race, each member will pick one driver and the same driver may not be picked twice before all drivers have been used. The member will get points according to the finishing position of the driver, so win is worth of one point, 2nd place worth of two points etc. After all classified drivers, the list is followed by retired drivers followed by disqualified drivers followed by non-starting drivers.

The initial prediction has to be made before FP1 starts at Australia. However, if new drivers enter the series mid-season, it is possible to change predictions before next FP1. If there is a driver change occurring in the middle of the weekend, the member is credited with the new driver if (s)he had picked the replaced driver. (like Massa/di Resta in Hungary 2017) The original driver is then available for future races.

As there are more than 20 races in the schedule, originally Abu Dhabi Grand Prix must be filled with a driver for his second race. But if there are driver change(s) this might be altered.

If any race is cancelled, the driver originally selected for the event may be used later.

Additionally, each member predicts how many points Sergio Perez will score during the season. This will act as a tie-breaker. If no prediction is made for this part, it will count as zero points.

Here is the list of races, please copy this and fill in the drivers in an order you wish:

Revised rules for this competition:

The original predictions are declared null and void.

For the eight races which have been confirmed to be in the calendar, the deadline is beginning of FP3 on Saturday.

For any further races which are announced later the deadline is second Sunday/Monday midnight after the announcement is made. (CET)

In addition to eight drivers in the original selection, you must select two reserve drivers. If original driver will miss the event, then reserve driver #1 will be the pick for the race. Drivers for eight-race schedule and two reserve ones must all be different.

The prediction will also include the number of points scored by Sergio Perez during the season. This will act as a tie-breaker if two or more members score same amount of points from the races.

The initial form for predictions below:

Austria -
Styria -
Hungary -
Britain -
70th Anniversary -
Spain -
Belgium -
Italy -
Reserve driver #1 -
Reserve driver #2 -
Points scored by Sergio Perez -

May i suggest that for players who don't change their initial Australia entry you simply take the first choices of their list to form a "new" entry for them?

The latest selection for reserve driver is in effect when driver selected for the race will not participate.

mark f1 and Marklar and Clrnc had selected Perez for British Grand Prix and therefore their most recent reserve #1 will be used. For first two members it's Daniil Kvyat and for Clrnc it is Daniel Ricciardo.

I have made an error and missed Clrnc in earlier updates. After three races the member has a total of 10 points.

Also the selections by the random draw for two races:

Tuscany - Gasly

Russia - Giovinazzi

Does that mean that someone who has already submitted the changes for the new three Grands Prix (such as me) cannot edit them? Otherwise, these three players could switch their reserve driver based on free practice results.

Four players are missing their reserve driver now. Three aforementioned (mark f1, Marklar and Clrnc) with Perez going off as well as Brawn BGP 001 and thegforcemaybewithyou who had their reserve driver (Ocon, Leclerc) allocated by a draw to future event.

For these players their reserve #2 is now considered reserve #1 and they must select reserve #2 by midnight of August 2nd/3rd.

mark f1, Marklar and Clrnc may allocate Perez to a future event but not for the event where they have already made selections.

For members needing reserve drivers here are their remaining drivers from the regular field:

mark f1: 6, 8, 11, 20, 63, 99
Brawn BGP 001: 6, 7, 8, 10, 63, 99
Marklar: 3, 6, 8, 10, 11, 20, 31, 63, 99 (hasn't made picks for Eifel, Portugal and Emilia-Romagna)
thegforcemaybewithyou: 3, 4, 5, 7, 11, 18, 31, 55, 63 (hasn't made picks for Eifel, Portugal and Emilia-Romagna)
Clrnc: 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 20, 26, 31, 63 (hasn't made picks for Eifel, Portugal and Emilia-Romagna)

Their current reserve #1 picks are:
mark f1: Räikkönen
Brawn BGP 001: Kvyat
Marklar: Räikkönen
thegforcemaybewithyou: Magnussen
Clrnc: Sainz

Three with no picks for most recently added races may pick their current reserve drivers to one of them and pick two reserve drivers of their pool.

Points after British GP. Kvyat's DNF gave bigger points for previous leader and scheivlak gains the lead. Clrnc's worst result so far is 4th place.
