Hi
I'm working - slowly - on a detailed model of the 72D. I rely on photos from the web for details and have been collecting these for a few years but there are few period pictures of cockpits and of the wiring/plumbing in general.
I'm particularly interested in the wiring/plumbing and would really appreciate any information (photos?) of
1) the floor pan of a 72 after one of the two fire extinguishers was moved 'onboard', with the arrangement of fuel lines.
2) the area behind the seat/drivers head with fuel pump
3) instrument panel wiring
In addition, I'm curious about how these fire extinguishers operated. Not the switching, but the nozzle end. Was there simply a tube with a nozzle that sprayed foam into the footbox and/or cockpit?
Thank you
Mark
