Quiet elongated off-season... so,
Which drivers have managed to get to F1, F2 or a high level championship that absolutely didn’t either make the most of their chance, or shouldn’t really have ever been there?
I didn’t follow his career(?) closely, but Mahaveer Raghunathan surely is unbeatable in this regard... scored more Penalty Points in the 2019 F2 series than he managed actual championship points across his entire career.
At one point he takes a lesson from a Track Marshal on how to perform a 3-point turn. Painful to watch, not only for me but presumably for any driver who ever got close to a F2 seat but never quite got the chance.
