Leon Boucard Grand Prix Salmson Driver in the 1940's

Hello. All. Hoping for any information regarding the French Driver Leon Boucard . Have seen his name mention in a couple of previous discussions from many many years ago but now hope to revive the discussion, I now also hope that with time more can be told. He drove Salmson Cars & I have a few photos . But if any one has any more details about him please please share. Thank you .

The only mention I know of Boucard comes from Alessandro Silvas's monumental "Back on Track" book where it is said he was a former cyclecar racer who was already active in 1928. There is also a picture of him but not of the Salmson. As Uechtel says it would be nice to see the photos you have.

Mdfe, the photos need to be uploaded to a website, yours if you have one or one of the image-hosting sites - Postimage is very straightforward to use. Alternatively I’d be happy to post them for you. If interested, let me know and I’ll PM you an email address.

The best I can do with uploading a photo of Leon Boucard and the Salmson. Still looking for any information on the French 1940's driver Boucard. Thank you :clap:
