Hello

 

 I input a member name to ignore on my settings page and when I clicked "Save" I am prompted with  "You cannot ignore that member".  I'm certain i have the name correct and that the account exist because it shows up in the drop down where I type the name.  Any reason why I'm having this issue?

This should be done by PM before we get into specific names, but is it a moderator you're trying to ignore? Because the board software is set up so you can't do that.
