Does anyone have contact details for this gentleman please?

We’ve had one of his Saxon Yamaha machines within our band for some years now and it’s about time we found out more about it.

I previously asked re’ Tony Tremble, he rode it in the IOM but we’ve found nothing much more since then.

Thank you.

There's  a dealer/collector in Japan that seems to have a keen interest in Saxon/Nigel Hill.

There's a mention he did some suspension design work for Jordan F1 too, maybe some ex-Jordan people will know?

There was also a story about BMW accused him of copying their front fork Telelever design, but he could prove it was the other way around.

Allegedly he got a brand new bike from them as compensation, I cannot vouch for the accuracy of this information though.

Didn't he do some frames with/for Triumph too? Maybe someone there would have some contact details?

Here's a later build for a privateer : https://www.triumph6...985&postcount=4

And a piece about Paul Taylor of London who built them back in the day : https://www.motorcyc...hanged-my-life/

Paul Taylor moved to the US but retired in 2016, but the FB account is still open, not on FB myself so cannot investigate further.

Many thanks for that input.

I’ve still not ‘found’ Mr Hill yet and am still looking.

Not been on here for a while....

This wont help answer the OP's question, but might be of interest.

Back in about 1974 Nigel made a long swinging arm for my TZ250A.  I remember him being located in Surrey, as was I at the time. I think I got another one for my 350A in 1975, but discarded it when I converted it to monoshock.
