I have been thinking about a few issues I have identified.
1 - Defending isnt what it used to be as DRS makes it much harder. Defensive battles seem a lower priority than airing an overtake.
2 - Issues where after overtaking, cant then pull away as the car behind is able to use DRS to keep within distance.
3 - I remember Vettel using DRS during quali at many points of the lap and he was good at it, before they restricted it. I still think anything that enhances driver skill aspect of the sport is good.
All options I would accept if proposed.
1 - Remove DRS zones, used anywhere.
2 - DRS allowed if can get within 0.005 seconds. (1/20th of current distance).
3 - DRS now allowed if slowing before activation point.
4 - Limited use of DRS adding to strategical element.
These are not flaw free proposals (every proposal is likely to have flaws). But they interest me.
