Mike Hedlund in a Penske LMP2?
Driver ratings. They'd need a Bronze for the FIA WEC. Hedlund has co-driven with Dane Cameron in the past.

Presumably they've both driven with all sorts of teammates and aren't a package item? If anything Penske will game the system and pick up a Bronze that realistically shouldn't be one.

And I didn't imply that. But I don't think they're going with Mike Hedlund. Regardless of who his co-drivers were in the past.
