The Toyota Racing Series (which is technically a regional F3 series now) starts this weekend and Asian F3 begins next week, so it's probably a good idea to create a separate thread for these series to avoid the confusion with FIA F3.
It is also worth mentioning that the Formula Renault Eurocup merges with the Formula Regional Europe championship this year after spending two seasons being direct competitiors of each other (using the same car in the same region), which means Alpine will become the official engine supplier of the European regional series.
Most of these championships are using the Tatuus F.3 T-138 chassis, to avoid confusion, this car is based on a separate ruleset (regional Formula 3), it is neither the new nor the old F3 specification, it is somewhere between an F4 and an "old" F3 in terms of downforce and performance.
The exceptions are the American series which uses the Ligier JS F3:
