I ended up at Bottas and Haas (depending if the car crash also includes a crash when you weren't the one causing it) or Alpine. My alternative for Bottas would have been Gasly.

McLaren probably is my current favourite team now, so fair enough. But Lewis is definitely in the indifferent middle for me.

(I mean I was born in the UK but my Dad was born in Italy. I used that to get me out of landing on Hamilton).

And "patriotic" is such a loaded word to. I thought about it for a bit and thought it would apply to me, but I'm sure for many it just has connotations of UKIP/BNP types.

I think you must be reading a different forum, this one is notorious for most posts being anti-British or biased against Britain/Brits

No, that's what I meant- rants against Brits/ British bias.  It's like an in built inferiority complex that needs it's hand held.  Being Brit  = Hamilton fan, British forum, biased forum.... etc. Often trotted out here.  It;s a flowchart built by somebody sharing the same mentality (perhaps, will give some benefit of the doubt as may be a fun poke at similar assumptions).

Yes!!!  If I follow the flow chart, I am stuck with British drivers only.  Funny there is no similar step for any other nationality! 

 

Fortunately, I do not follow or support any one driver so it irrelevant to me.

Me too. My car was totalled when I was first away from a green light and a truck jumped the red light. The guy on the bike next to me was happy that I got away from the light before him.

The chart is trying to answer the question "Who should I support". If you really have no idea, then I don't think it's unreasonable. After all, look at how the production team for Sky F1 decide.

But it doesn't ask, "Are you Spanish?" and point to Sainz and Alonso, or "Are you German?" and point to Vettel and Schumacher.

 

Edit: That is, for all nationalities represented. Spanish and Italian get asked at other points in the chart.

No, it's not perfect. But it's a bit of fun and, I think, stands up well.

It happens later on though depending on your previous answers.

Obviously the whole thing is a joke, but I think the idea is that you're supposed to be able to get different results by changing your answers slightly. There's nothing I can do to avoid Hamilton.

Yes, a much better presentation would have all questions about the opinions of the participant rather than facts about them.
