The Formula Regional European Championship (sort of F4?) raced at Spa this weekend* so no reason why F1 shouldn't.
*naturally, it rained!

Ah, but there's still time for more flash flooding to wreak even more havoc. The way things are at the moment, I wouldn't be sure of anything.
