We have to recreate a driver operated DRS spoiler for an engineering project in school. I have been looking up how DRS spoilers actually physically open and close and cannot seem to figure it out. Has anyone any idea how this works and has any one ever recreated a DRS spoiler at home? Thanks

Not a home build project, but this outfit built one for a customer of theirs. Shows the overall layout and construction-it may be of some value to you.
