You sure it's not a clone of Stirling.  He really looks like him, especially the hair!

He is a very very fine cook! When I first met him, I had to do a classic double-take, given that his father was sitting in the corner. A thoroughly good chap who absolutely deserves success.

We had the pleasure of being guests at his restaurant on the Thursday evening before Members Meeting. 

He is a great chef, indeed, doing all his preparation and cooking solo (Restaurant only has 14 places, there is a fixed tasting menu). I am not usually a guest in those type of Restaurant, but it was a great experience.

After all was finished he came out and sat with the guests (and some drinks) until 1.30 in the morning.

A thoroughly nice chap indeed !

For that evening Lady Susie Moss had especially brought over from her house the frame containing all of Sir Stirlings Gold Stars as decoration, which made the evening even more special.
