Even if it's true...who will be the person equivalent to Helmut Marko in Red Bull? No one wants to join Ferrari as TP leave aside other roles.

Don't know if this is fake news or not: https://scuderiafans...ure-at-ferrari/

The idea is definitely a good one, that basically goes back to the Di Montezemelo, Todt, Brawn era.
The current problem though is that Di Montezemelo was on the F1 team with Enzo Ferrari, graduating to TP and then company president (the super boss, who dealt with the FIA). There is no modern equivalent in the company.
They'd need to bring Todt back into that role, which he ironically wanted before moving to the FIA.
Ferrari upper management lack long term vision.

I don’t know what people think he will do at Audi, obviously not TP as he has shown that he sucks at that. That's probably Elkann playing the blame game to cover his backside. Going to Audi is best case scenario for Ferrari as any consequences won't be felt till 2026, going to Mercedes though will be an issue immediately.
TD or CTO? Everyone saying that he will not stay at Ferrari in a minor role so why at Audi. Also, he hasn’t been at the sharp end of design, either engine or chassis, for years now as he was more in a supervisory role so what exactly can he take to Audi—the tech that resulted in the 3rd best engine on the grid?

Agree entirely. There is a simple solution, but it will be hard to find the right candidate. Elkann needs to appoint a Competition CEO at board level, equal to Vigna. Take the responsibility away from Vigna and give this person the freedom to plan long term and protect the team. Being Italian would help as they will find the politics easier to navigate. Only then can they attract a Todt calibre leader at the F1 team level. No-one will go near the position without much better protection and guarantees. Ultimately Binotto was trying to be Byrne, Brawn and Todt without Montezemolo. Madness. It is no wonder he wasn't able to sustain it.
