Hi TNF-ers

Seeking some history and specifications on George Smith's Roosevelt Special from the early 30s. What was it based on, engine size etc?

Also after the finishing positions of Smith (Roosevelt), Claude Smith (Bugatti T23) and Mathieson (Miller) in the Prosperity Grand Prix in 1933.
